The accommodation, is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A beautiful and bright living room with a dining area with a dining table for up to 12 guests. This room is also equipped with a pellet stove and reversible air conditioning. - The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee pods and washing machine. - Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed with an en-suite shower room with a large Italian-style shower with a bench, a washbasin and a toilet. This room also has a private south-facing terrace of approximately 8m² with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing moment while admiring the view of the surrounding countryside. - Bedroom 2: a double bed and storage space. - Bedroom 3: a double bed and storage space. - A shower room of about 6 m² with a large Italian shower, a washbasin and a toilet. On the first floor : - A living room equipped with two double sofa beds, a coffee table, a TV and a bedroom with a double bed separated by a screen - Room 4: equipped with a small single bed for children, a fan and a TV. An extra bed for two people can be installed in this room on request. - Room 5: equipped with a double bed, storage space, fan and TV. - A bathroom with a bath, shower with massage jets, rainfall showerhead, washbasin, tumble dryer and WC. Outside : - A beautiful terrace of 40 m² in natural stone, south-east facing and fitted with garden furniture, a parasol, a table, chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside with a view of the neighbouring vineyards and the countryside. - An above ground jacuzzi accessible by a ladder. The space available to accommodate 6 people is located outside, secured by a tarpaulin and is open and heated all year round. - A large garden with trees (1 ha), not overlooked and partially enclosed with deckchairs available. You will find all the necessary amenities within 2 km in the communes of Caudrot or Gironde-sur-Dropt: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, restaurant, bar... - Car strongly advised. - Motorway to Bordeaux and Toulouse at 10 min. - Caudrot train station located at 1.7 km (3 min by car) and Gironde train station located at 3.6 km (4 min by car). - Bordeaux airport 63 km (49 min drive) and Bergerac airport 71 km (1h11 drive). - A gravelled yard is available within the property to accommodate 6 vehicles. A bicycle storage room is also available. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
