One bedroom with a super comfortable bed & the living area has everything you will need for a great stay. The back deck is great for smokers & faces the rising sun. There are limited sea views from the kitchen window & the balcony as it faces West. Walking distance to all the amenities of a seaside town. this is a great unit with two doors to the outside, allowing for fresh breezes.PLEASE be careful to use a door stop for the back door as you could be shut out if it closes. all soaces are available call me if you have issues as i live close by. Semaphore is an historic seaside town, situated on the Le Fevre Peninsula with many attractions all year round. Kite festivals, music festivals, free train-rides, a covered jetty for fishing and a great swimming beach. You may experience dolphins or sea lions! The foreshore is fifty metre from our front gate and has free electric barbecues, exercise equipment and playgrounds. Semaphore Road is a short walk along the esplanade and has many retail outlets and all you will need for the best ever holiday. There is free street parking and undercover parking on the property for a medium-sized vehicle. Be careful the balcony doir does not close on you, there are door stops available.
