A quiet home with modern decor and facilities.We live in the property with our 3 fur babies. Jasmine & Poppy and Jack Our Three rooms option is Queen room with TV, desk and chairs. Double room is cozy suits single person or 2, built in robes, side tables and bed light, adapter for recharging. Twin bedroom is a standard room, 2 king single beds,built in robes,desk & chair. Bathroom is for guests only On request- a fold out bed is extra person fee $35 can hold 2 folder beds in the queen room Guests have commented that they loved our home for the quiet and secluded area of our beautiful gardens. The modern kitchen facilities helped with cooking meals with ease. We live in on the property in a quiet neighborhood, our home is surrounded with beautiful cottage gardens that guest can enjoy. From our Zen garden to the outdoor dining and bbq areas. If your have an interest in Orchids my hubby Peter will show you his passion for these amazing flowers, though they only flower once a year so hopefully you’re here at the right time. We have many sitting areas guest can use Guests can use the kitchen, dining area, the front decking seating areas and also the back yard area We have a calm zen area if you just want to relax Guest have their own sitting room with tea and coffee facilities, fridge and microwave. I like to socialize with guests but I also give them space when they want. I’m familiar with our amazing local attractions so I’m here to help you with your trip Quiet street Has a park and playground at the end of our street Kids can bring their bikes or skateboards to play in the Skate Park We are 15 from the center of town, local supermarket and tourist center We are 10-20 minutes to most local attractions Happy to assist with your travel plans There is no smoking anywhere on and around the property, Penalties apply $100.00 per person. Laundry facilities are available at a fee $5.00 per load washing and drying. this is displayed in the laundry Please leave the place clean and tidy so we don’t charge a cleaning fee, the fee is charged when the kitchen and dishes are left and not cleaned and put away There is no food or drinks in the bedrooms
