The Old Barn is a 10 minute drive from Cowbridge high street and only 5 minutes from a number of local eateries and pubs. The bungalow has a spacious open plan kitchen/diner and living area, with patio doors giving views over the surrounding countryside. There are two good size double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and one bedroom with a single bed, plus pull out mattress. There is also a separate bathroom with an over bath shower, a utility area with washing machine/tumble drier. Patio doors lead from the living area to a spacious outdoor area complete with outdoor furniture. The accommodation comes with plentiful secure parking covered by cctv. There's a 50" TV, a well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven/hob. The property also has WiFi. No pets allowed inside the property but there is a kennel/run located outside if required. The property will be solely yours, but I can be contacted throughout your stay. The Old Barn is accessed off a quiet country road leading to its private access, surrounded by farmland. Situated between the historic towns of Cowbridge (10mins) and Llantrisant (15mins), both with lots of shopping opportunities, walks and eateries. Cardiff is only a 20mins drive away and proximity to the M4 makes the Old Barn easily accessible. There are a number of signposted walks within a 100metres and several stunning beaches only a short drive away. Arrival after 15.00 and please depart by 11.00 Because of its rural setting there is no public transport, (the nearest being 1 mile away) but Pontyclun railway station is only 3.5 miles away as well as good M4 links.
