It is a refurbished warehouse and other units are occupied by architects and designers. It is a great place to live. It is ideal for a family with young children. Ours are 14, 8 and 6 years old. All facilities of the house can be used. There is wifi, television and a sonos system. It is a multi-cultural neighborhood in the city centre - so, if you're looking for it, there is a lot to do. it is very convenient as to public transport and in the city centre. So every monument or attraction is within walking distance.
