Upon entering the kitchen there are 2 huge arched windows overlooking Brownsea island . .The kitchen is well equipped with a central island - double size electric oven , gas hob , microwave and side by side fridge freezer and dishwasher .The kichen leads through to open plan living /dining with amazing sea views . There is a small shower/wc at this level . The dining and living area are spacious and lead out onto a great deck with additional seating / relaxing here . From here its a few paces down the private path to the beach . Upstairs there is a spacious landing opening up to 3 bedrooms . The master en-suite has a Queen bed and private balcony - you can lie in bed and overlook the beach and Old Harrys rocks and witness a fabulous sunrise . The second bedroom is a double with a balcony overlooking Brownsea island . The third bedroom is a double with a balcony sharing the same stunning views as the master bedroom . Both these bedrooms share a full bathroom. Sandbanks is a special neighbourhood. We purchased this property 15 years ago because we were convinced it was the best beach location you could find within 2 hours of London . We weren’t disappointed ! It’s one of the UKs finest The beaches are spectacular and there are lots of great dining / drinking options very close by . We have a broad range of water sports on offer very close by - kite surfing , electric foil surfboards , jet skis , sailing . A water sports paradise !
