Situated right on the beach, this is a comfortably appointed 1,200 SqFt (2/2) condo. This unit is part of the Phoenix Towers condominium, located in one of the best beaches in South Florida, and the most desirable stretch of beach in Singer Island. The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and it’s fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes stove/oven and dish washer. There’s a king size bed in the master bedroom and a king size bed in the second bedroom. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room. This condo has a great balcony with views of the Intracoastal, perfect for having your morning coffee. There are three smart flat screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. High definition cable service is provided, as well as phone service (US and Canada calls at no charge), and high speed internet/WiFi. Also included are beach chairs and umbrellas. You just have to pick them up from the condo storage area and bring them back when done. But if you’re unable to carry them to the beach (or just don’t feel like it), there’s a great beach chair/umbrella service. This service has separate ownership and they offer seasonal as well as daily rates. The building’s amenities include heated pool, beautiful clubhouse (with a fully equipped kitchen and media center), a BBQ area with three grills, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a gym. The Phoenix Towers are located just next to The Ritz Carlton Residences. Within walking distance, there’s a few restaurants such as Mulligans and Two Drunken Goats, with live music being played most nights. A few minutes driving will get you to downtown West Palm Beach, with must see sites like City Place, Worth Ave and Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Guest(s) will be greeted by the owner (or owner designate) the day of check-in. Booking deposits are subject to the following schedule: 50% due at time of booking/contract signing 25% due 3 months prior to check-in date 25% (balance) due 1 month prior to check-in date Canceled bookings will not receive a refund (except if condo HOA application is denied). In the unlikely event that the condo HOA application is denied, we will cancel the booking and refund the deposit (excluding the non-refundable condo application fee).
