Beachfront New Build House at Whiritoa, Coromandel

Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property. This is a Bach with simple furnishings but direct beach access. Walk directly onto the beach and enjoy the stunning atmosphere and privacy of this little gem and hidden paradise. There is no bath or microwave but a shower, an extra outdoor shower for returning from the beach, BBQ and full kitchen, everything you should need. PLEASE NOTE Cleaning fee is for the house but without the loft (second lounge with sleeper sofa on the third floor). If you wish to use the loft you must clean and vacuum it and wipe any fingerprints on glass, as the spiral staircase is very steep and the cleaner can not get up there. Also the sleeper sofa in the loft is not very comfortable. Best suited to young people but not babies or toddlers because of steep access. Whole of the house We live off site but can communicate via email and phone. Ocean front with great walks at either end of the beach. Calmer swimming during swells at north end of beach in estruary. Only 15 mins to Whangamata or Waihi. Car to get to Whiritoa and then flat walking or biking within Whiritoa. No wifi The loft has very steep steps which may be dangerous
