House is, situated in a very nice suburb. Bus stops, play ground and bike tracks are very close to the house. Host is friendly and willing to help with information. Very relaxing and comfortable environment. Guests can help themselves with teas and coffees at any time. Free wifi available. No shoes allowed in side. Please clean after you to maintain the standard if cleaness. My house is unique for a quite and huge garden areas. Out door setting, nice garden vegetables, close to play ground and away from busy street abd noises. End block with a huge park behind it. House is clean and friendly and warm environment. Two people can share queen size bed either a couple or a parent with young child with extra folding bed can be provided. Not suitable for any two people. If this is not the case then only one single person can rent. Second family member will get discounted price if sharing the room. Guests can access garden area, can have meals out door in the garden. Can use kitchen, lounge room dining area and sun room. Can watch t.v or sit in living room with the host any time for a cuppa and chat if you like. Indoor secure car parking area can be used to park your car. Guest can come and talk to me while in the kitchen or living room. My neighbour are far from me except one house. No one bothers any one around here. All neighbours are very friendly and supportive. The best way to get around in Canberra is car at the moment. However I have good connection with buses going inner town or interstate. This is not a busy city like Sydney and Melbourne. Driving around or catching buses is easy and cost effective. While comming towards the house, please look for the white gate and park inside the gate. You may just open the fate and bring your car in side in parking area.
