Beautiful Barn Retreat for Adults and Families

Knypersley Mill Barn is a self-contained first floor apartment reached via exterior staircase situated above the swimming pool, steam room, shower room and changing room for sole use to you. An open plan sitting/dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom which consists of jacuzzi bath and large separate shower. There is a fabulous log fire for cosy evenings in relaxing after the beautiful walks and sights that Staffordshire Moorlands and the Peak District have to offer. This fabulous barn conversion has ample seating, dining and sleeping space for 4 adults. In the cosy living/dining area, you can either relax by watching TV/DVD, reading a book, playing board games or catching up with loved ones and friends. In the dining area is a table which seats 4. The Kitchen comprises of a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. NEW- BBQ (gas) outside on the small patio area with picnic bench. Towels will be supplied in the apartment bathroom and in the pool room. The swimming pool is heated at 29 degrees and the pool room is 30 degrees and is totally private for paying guests in the barn only. There is free parking next to the barn swimming pool, and a small outdoor seating area below the external staircase to the barn. The farm has its own private pond which you can walk around to gain access to one of Staffordshire Moorlands public footpaths. We are a small working farm with some Hereford and Highland cattle. Knypersley is a fabulous location as it's very close to: Biddulph Grange, the Market Town of Leek, The Peak District, Alton Towers and many more interesting places which you may want to visit. The complete Barn - living accommodation and swimming pool which is totally private for guests who are staying in the barn. The swimming pool is a constant 29 degrees and the pool room air temp. is at 30 degrees. It's entirely up to my guests on how much interaction they require from me. They can have a little or a lot depending on what they want from their nights away for home. Beautiful walk around the reservoir, short drive away from shops, pubs, restaurants and not too far away from the peak district, Buxton, Alton Towers or even Manchester. Better if you have your own transport, but taxi's can be arranged if you require. When using the steam room inside the swimming pool area, remember when it is powered on to reach 38 -40 degrees, please close the door. then when you have finished and turned it off, please can you leave the steam room door and changing room door open to allow the dehumidifier to dry out the rooms. Children must be accompanied at all times in the swimming pool area/room.
