Villa Sunrise is a brand new luxurious villa situated in one floor layout and can accommodate 6+2 persons. The villa consists of: 3 bedrooms (2 big bedrooms plus 1 very big master-bedroom, all with king size twin/double beds), 2 bathrooms/WC, a comfortable & spacious sitting room and an open plan kitchen with a wooden dinning table. In the spacious sitting room of the villa 2 extra beds could be placed so that 2 more persons/children could be accommodated. It worth mentioning that all 3 bedrooms of the villa comes with AMAZING king size beds with Orthosomatic ‘COCOMAT’ mattresses from 100% natural organic materials for an incredibly comfortable night sleep. Also each bedroom is equipped with air-condition, bedside tables, wardrobe and dresser with mirror. In the sitting room there are 2 comfortable sofas where you can enjoy the view through the huge glass doors of the balcony or you can watch TV in the 40'' TV corner. The villa has also a spacious fully equipped kitchen room with cooker / oven, big refrigerator, coffe maker, water boiler, sandwitch maker and all nesesary cooking equipment etc. The dining table in the kitchen room is comfortable for 6-8 persons while it is located in front of the huge glass door of the kitchen to the balcony where you can enjoy your lunches and the panoramic view. On the exterior of the villa there are hundreds of olive trees in a plot of 4.000 sqm. Competitive advantage of the villa is the huge (100 sq.m) balcony with wooden pergola, chairs and table where you can enjoy your breakfasts-meals-coffees combined with the AMAZING View to the bay of Plakias/Damnony and to the mountains ending to the sea. In the balcony there are also available sun-beds for those who want to relax under the sun. A parking space for your car is available right outside the villa. The outstanding location of the villa offers 180 degree views towards the bay of Plakias and Damnoni beach. Plakias is a holiday resort situated on the southwest coast of Crete at the shore of the Libyan Sea. Mountains surround the area, which is predominated by a beautiful curved sandy beach. At the end of this beach is the village of Plakias which includes a small harbour, traditional Greek restaurants, bars and few nightclubs. Plakias is found between two gorges of Kourtalioti and Kotsifou, it has a beautiful natural landscape, it offers relaxation to the visitor in the beautiful beaches and entertainment in the bars and in coastal cafeterias. The area is ideal for swimming and sea sports. You can enjoy your meal in one of the many tavernas you will find in Plakias and the surrounding area. Within 3-5 km you can find several beaches for swimming or diving. You can explore the surrounding area and all the great nearby beaches like palm forest of Preveli, Ammoudi, Damnoni, Schinaria and Souda or even plan a excursion to the west part of Crete and visit Frangokastello fortress, Hora Sfakion and Loutro. There is no direct public transportation between the villages of Mirthios- Mariou and because of the rural setting, a car is really essential.
