Fully set up with equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVD player (+ DVDs). Outdoor entertaining area with amazing views to Black Mountain. Close to arterial access roads and the rest of Canberra.... Bright, open, and full of light with panoramic views across Weston Creek to Black Mountain, and privacy from the main house. Fully self contained with everything you need for a comfortable, low fuss stay (including WIFI, smart TV, DVD player, and DVDs). Laundry access (inside main house) is available on request. Reverse cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort. Spare mattress available if you're not on bed sharing terms with your co-traveler or have a third person in tow. Yard access, private covered patio with table setting and lounge area (shade screen can be pulled down for added privacy from the main house). Separate side of house access, parking available in designated bay on nature strip. We're available if you need anything, but will otherwise leave you alone to enjoy your stay. The house has Reserves on either side and is very private. Just a short walk to great walking tracks and views from Cooleman Ridge. 5 minutes drive to Cooleman Court shopping centre (cafes and restaurants, bars, shopping etc). Walking distance to local shops (Chapman and Fisher), with bakery, cafe, Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants, fish-and-chip shop and supermarkets. Tuggeranong Parkway nearby, with easy access to the rest of Canberra. Under 10 minutes drive to Woden, and around 15 minutes to city. Bus stop direct to Woden and City approx. 100 m of house. Local shops are within walking distance. We have a small dog (pug x beagle x foxy) who is completely friendly with children and adults. He is kept indoors at night and anytime we are home.
