Casa Santa Barbara is a beautiful house with 2 flats. On the upper 2 floors of the "Santa Barbara house" is your property (3 room flat) with its own private entrance. This "rustico", in true Ticino style, is masterfully renovated, modern/rustic with lots of chestnut wood and a typical stone roof. It offers a fantastic 270° view of Lake Maggiore, the Magadino plain and the mountains. The view is 25 km to the left and 20 km to the right. Casa Santa Barbara is located in the centre of the village of Brione (on the church square), where you will also find bus stops, village restaurants, "grotto", children's playground, and village hall. Directly opposite you will also find a bakery, open 7 days a week (from spring to autumn) until 12.00 with delicious pastries and other daily products. Ideal Occupancy: 2-3 people, not suitable or allowed for 4 people or more. Especially suitable for couples. Rental: Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 days. Please contact us if you want to book very short term stays within the Sat - Sat rule, minimum 4 days. Room layout on the upper floor: Living room with kitchen and dining area in an open roof gallery with fireplace and exit to the terrace, and a small storage room. Room layout on the ground floor: Entrance area with stairs, two bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony with fantastic views. Flooring throughout the house: Tiles. Pets are not allowed in Casa Santa Barbara. Smoking is not allowed in Casa Santa Barbara. You can park your car free of charge in the multi-storey car park (50m away) in a parking space reserved for you. There are other public parking spaces in the multi-storey car park and in the surrounding area. Tenants who arrive without a car and expressly waive the reserved parking space in the multi-storey car park receive a discount of CHF 40 per week (for bookings of 7 days or more). Casa Santa Barbara is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV (in living room and bedroom), Swisscom TV (incl. all German language channels and many more), DVD player, electric underfloor heating (very practical, individual rooms separately adjustable with thermostat and thermometer), Nespresso capsule coffee machine, coffee filter with pot, toaster, egg boiler, blender, teapot, Panasonic gourmet microwave, Liebherr refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, oven and kitchen, iron, hair dryer, electric grill for the terrace, fan, hoover.
