A homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city! This is an ideal place for foodies and culture hounds who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Street areas. Walking distance to Liverpool City Centre shopping and with Liverpool Cathedral, Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre all within short stroll. You can also venture to the scenic and historic spots like Ropewalks and the picturesque Georgian Quarter within easy walking distance. Albert Dock and Liverpool Museums and Tate Modern Gallery are about a 10 minute walk. The Space: Our family-friendly coach house boasts three bedrooms - two with a king-sized bed and another with two single beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests! Sleeping arrangements: The Yellow Room: King size divan, with under bed storage space and ensuite shower unit The Forest Room: King size divan, with under bed storage space. The Striped Room: Two single beds with under bed storage drawers On the ground floor enjoy our cosy living and dining space with plenty of room to relax and plan your day exploring. Get ready for your day in our sparkling family shower room, with fresh white towels provided. There is also an additional shower unit in The Yellow room and lavatory on the ground floor. Perfect for home-cooked meals, our house features a built-in kitchen with all the essentials including a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, and freezer (located in the garage). The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware. Enjoy a breath of fresh air with a cup of coffee or your cooked breakfast on the patio area, right outside the kitchen! Have a chill day or night streaming on in demand apps like BBC iPlayer on smart TVs located in the living area and in the master bedrooms. **As this is a family property, we do not allow any loud noise or party groups of any kind in this property** Guest Access: Guests have exclusive private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: From here you can walk everywhere. It's within easy reach of both Ropewalks and Georgian Quarter so you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants or the view of scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. A few minutes walk away to Britain's biggest Cathedral - the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. If you're into food, take a short stroll to Hope Street which is home to some of Liverpool's top restaurants such as The Florist and The London Carriageworks. Getting Around: If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minutes walk. Liverpool One bus stop is a short walk away as well as Liverpool Central Station. The house is located within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures. There's great little cafe that opened up right next to the house! It's called Coffi and is absolutely gram worthy. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, bars, including the Wild Loaf bakery for divine sourdough bread and donuts, and Cains Brewery village which is less than 20 minutes stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Hop on a bus (if you don't fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story. Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector. Our check in time is 3pm. Check out is 11am, our cleaners will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for next guests. Please note if a late check out is available until 1pm this will be a charge of £20. TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) - We provide 1 bath towel per guest and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more. We have a wonderful mobile hairdresser who can attend the house, should any of your group want their hair doing. Please ask if this is something you require. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an early check-in as our cleaners have a long list of apartments which they have to clean and they have a busy schedule meaning they keep all keys until check in time at 3pm. We have had issues in the past where we have granted early check ins and the cleaners have been delayed meaning they couldn’t get in, which then creates a knock on effect for our other guests. We do however have a luggage storage facility located in Liverpool one called ‘Store and Explore’ where you can store luggage for £1.50 per hour and £5 all day. We are open Monday-Sunday 9am - 9pm and the address is: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool, L1 5AQ. If this is something you would be interested in, please let us know! Smoking is strictly forbidden in the property and any sign of smoking will incur a £100 charge. Please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Please do not change the boiler settings under any circumstances, if you need any assistance with this please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist you! Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Interaction with Guests: We like to give guests as much space as possible, so never meet in person unless required. We are contactable 24/7
