Deepwater @ Hawkesbury River

Deepwater is a modern, architect designed absolute waterfront home only 5 minutes by boat from Brooklyn, NSW. This two storey home comfortably sleeps 8 people with one triple and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, reading alcove/games area, open plan living areas, modern kitchen and dining area. In the alcove there is a large sofa that easily converts into a comfortable queen sized bed. An enormous deck fronts the river offering stunning views. Great for the family that loves boats and fishing. This family holiday home is complete with reverse cycle air conditioning, stereo TV system with Foxtel, additional TV in main bedroom, three outdoor entertaining decks, Webber BBQ and magnificent river views from most rooms. A selection of books and games is provided. Full use of the entire house and shared jetty, with a running line for single boat parking up to 5.5 metres. A swing mooring for boats up to 10 metres, or a second boat, is available on request. (Please note that use of the jetty, running line and swing mooring are all at the vessel owner's own risk.) A small boat/tinnie is available for hire from Hawkesbury Water Taxi, Call Neal and mention Deepwater for special pricing. Please bring your own sheets and towels, and all food, drinks, personal and bathroom items. Please take all your rubbish with you when you leave - there is no garbage service. Linen hire available on request. Little Wobby is a very quiet residential and holiday area. There is great fishing from our jetty or by boat in the local waterways. The house is located at Little Wobby, 5 minutes by boat from Brooklyn. There are no roads here, park your car at Brooklyn. The train stops at Hawkesbury River Railway Station, which is next to the Hawkesbury River Marina. To travel to Deepwater, call Hawkesbury River Water Taxi, which departs from the Hawkesbury River Marina for drop off directly to Deepwater. A ferry operates to the Little Wobby public jetty about 20 minutes walk along the shoreline. If you have your own boat, it can be launched from Parsley Bay Boat Ramp where there is also car and trailer parking. You can walk the entire length of the shoreline via a community path that hugs the water's edge and meanders through the front and back yards of all the houses (please close any gates you open). This is quite acceptable in this area and residents are happy to say 'hi' as you walk on by. BOAT ACCESS ONLY Little Wobby is 5 minutes by boat from Brooklyn, NSW. Access is by own boat, water taxi or ferry (30 min walk from public jetty). Linen hire (sheets, towels, tea towels) available on request. No garbage service. No local shops, please bring everything you need with you. There are 3 flights of steps to reach the house and an indoor staircase.
