Located in the heart of Downtown Lodi and nestled on a quiet street in a well-established area, American Oak Cottage is only a 5 minute walk to local tasting rooms, breweries, restaurants, movie theater, children's museum and cute shops! There's a children's playground less than 2 blocks around the corner, a grill for BBQ on a nice day, or head over to nearby Lodi Lake where you can kayak, paddle board or boat, take a walk on the nature trail, fish, etc. The American Oak Cottage side of the duplex offers one King size bed and one full size bed. One updated bathroom, quality kitchen appliances with plenty of dishes and cookware, two window AC units as well as ceiling fans in every room, two TVs for streaming your favorites, fast WiFi, coffee and tea and all the amenities you may need. In the garage you will find a grill, washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. There is a patio in front and small private one in the back. We are happy to welcome well-trained pets! Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee per pet. The fee for the 1st pet will be automatically collected through the booking process and the fee for the 2nd pet will be collected through the resolution center. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation. If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need. Any questions at all, please ask! :) Entire home (one side of the duplex) with front and back patios. Garage is limited to the washer and dryer and grill (must be rolled to front patio before using). If you wish to venture further out, our local Sip Shuttle offers wine tours. Lodi Cyclery offers bicycle rentals. You will receive a code to the combo box for your entry closer to your arrival.
