This is an accommodation that is located in the attic of the house. It offers beautiful views from the garden, a common BBQ, an outdoor fireplace, a sitting, and a relaxation area. Free parking is available on-site where reservation is not necessary. Nicely furnished and equipped private room with private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toilet paper - only one toilet roll included) can accommodate two people (king size bed). Free linen and towels are provided. Air-conditioned in summer, heated in winter (additional cost for A/C or heating apply). It provides free Wi-Fi Internet, flat TV with local cable channels, a mini-fridge, a desk, a small coffee table that also serves as a dining table, and ironing facilities. The villa is in the center of Portorož, 5 min walk from the local beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, casino, and the central bus station. The Parenzana is an ex-railway, that was operating from 1902 to 1935, between Trieste (Italy) and Poreč in Croatia (Parenzo in Italian) and our villa is just at the edge of the ex-railway. Getting around the area can be done either on foot or on a bicycle. Bike rental services are available upon request.
