Leading to Villa Sarah is a driveway in grassy Naxos. Upon entry, you are greeted with high ceilings and an open living space that catches your eye. The spacious living and dining areas occupy the first floor of this three storey villa. Once outside on the large balcony, you experience the large open garden and fields that surround the villa. Take a few steps down to a private swimming pool stretching over the grounds. To the right, a large outdoor barbeque and kitchen area provide the perfect space to entertain guests or family. Heading up to the second storey of Villa Sarah are two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A veranda is connected to the bedrooms, offering stunning panoramic views of Kastraki beach and the bright blue Aegean sea. The ground floor of Villa Sarah consists of a TV room, kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being ensuite. This floor has its own private entrance but also connects to the other two levels of the villa via an indoor staircase. Villa Sarah is a fabulous place for a quiet and peaceful getaway! Located away from the business of Chora but only 500 meters from Kastraki beach. Villa Sarah can host up to 10 people! It is ideal for families or large groups. Great for entertaining and for those who want to be pampered by their environment. Parking available at the property. The Nine Graces wants you to have a memorable stay and take advantage of everything we have to offer. We want you to feel comfortable and have an exceptional time. There are some things that we politely ask you to note before your arrival and during your stay. -Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. -No candles. -Dispose of rubbish. -Keep the property clean and tidy. -Washing up and stripping the beds would be very much appreciated by our housekeeping team, but it is not necessary. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum level. -It is forbidden to wash the bed linens and towels provided by The Nine Graces (fee can occur). * Housekeeping and change of linens and towels during your stay are not included in the total price of the reservation. Guests can request for the service at the time of booking. (we are not able to provide housekeeping if you request for the service during your stay, we need to be notified in advance) Price per housekeeping service €316 The price includes one change of linen and towels and one clean of the property. Please contact the host if you have any questions about this service. ** For all reservations there is a mandatory security deposit of €250 at check in. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount as an authorization on their credit card. The amount mentioned above will be withheld for the duration of the guests stay and after the guest departs and the property has been checked, all unused amounts will be released. ***Check out is strictly at 10am, this time is set to allow our housekeepers enough time to clean and get the property ready for the next reservation.
