Ideally located in the heart of the Plaine Santy residential area, and a few minutes from the very pleasant Monplaisir district. It has all the necessary equipment for a short or long stay: The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, teas, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Bath towels are provided. We provide you with cotton and cotton swabs. Storage spaces are available. The living room consists of a dining area with table and chairs, a large wardrobe for storing your belongings, a TV with Netflix; and a sleeping area with a double bed, two pillows, a duvet and bed linen provided. We provide you with an iron and an ironing board. The apartment is electrically heated. Secured keybox. Located in the heart of the Plaine Santy, this district offers a calm and peaceful setting. It is made up of several structures dedicated to the medical sector and shopping centers: Grand Parilly, IKEA is nearby (a 10-minute walk from the apartment), Center Commercial Carrefour is a central point of the district where 3 main avenues and the networks of transport. Nearby is also the superb Monplaisir district, one of the most popular areas of Lyon. Thanks to its many local shops on Avenue des Frères Lumières and its market installed 3 times a week on Place Ambroise Courtois (heart of the district), Monplaisir is today a real dynamic urban village that is very pleasant to live in. You will find there all the shops you will need as well as many restaurants and services. Finally, line D (5 minutes from the studio) is the main metro line which will take you in just 10 minutes to the city center with its main attractions (Place Bellecour, Fourvière, la Croix-Rousse, Place des Célestins, Place des Jacobins, Place des Terreaux, walks on the banks of the Rhône and the Saône, numerous museums…) The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from public transport: - Metro: Metro station "Grange Blanche" on line D direct with Place Bellecour. - Tram: Tram 6. - Electric bus: C - Bus: 24, 1Ex - Night bus: PL2 You are 15 minutes from Part-Dieu train station (by car and metro), but also from its shopping center with its many shops. Registration is done online. You will receive a registration form 3 days before your arrival where ID will be required to receive the apartment codes. This studio is entirely non-smoking and animals are not accepted. A camera is present outside the housing which films only the exterior part of the housing. No party or evening.
