The house has five complete rooms with four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a nice dining room with lots of light, where you can enjoy its sea views. The house has a magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy the amazing views and incredible sunset with total privacy. There is a private pool with sea views on the terrace below with sun loungers. The house has satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning in all rooms and throughout the house. House with total privacy and with direct access to the sea, where you can enjoy and bathe with total tranquility and privacy. It also has a private pool on a terrace. It is the perfect place to relax with family or group of friends. A very exclusive, unique and sunny house. We have rental boats, in case you are interested. For an additional cost you can rent them. It is certainly one of the best houses in Port Andratx !!! In this property we are obliged to charge a tax (ecotasa) per stay of €2.20/person/night. It is not applicable to children under 16 years of age. Each person in the house must present their passport at check in. At your entrance you have to pay an extra cost of €450 for the final cleaning
