You will get a modular kitchen, cutlery, fridge, AC's in all the rooms (Except hall), TV in the hall, furniture includes dining table, wardrobes, beds with mattress and side table, 3+1+1 sofa, Rule Book: Police verification is compulsory for all the societies, so you will have to send the Aadhar cards and your photos to the nearest police station and the cost of each verification is 1000. Failure to do so will lead to you getting no access in the society and your booking is non refundable Check-in should be strictly between 3 PM and 7 PM No pets allowed Outside guests shall be allowed from 7 AM-10 PM. (This is mandated by the society and the outside guests wont be able to access the building entrance past these timings) The house is a non-smoking premises and consumption of alcohol is prohibited and would attract a fine of Rs 1000. Guests are requested not to play loud music during their stay and maintain the decorum and abide by the rules and regulations of the cooperative housing society. Don’t leave the windows open as there is a likelihood of monkeys entering through the windows. Please ensure that all the wardrobe keys/ drawer keys of the respective rooms are well in place. Please keep utmost care of your valuables and the owner won’t be responsible or any loss/ theft or damage. Do not flush sanitary napkins or any unnecessary items in the toilets. Do not leave any water taps open while not in use. Drinking water is available in a 20 Ltr Bisleri Bottle and is limited to 1 (20ltr) bottle per stay Please switch off the lights, fans and other electric equipments like A/C, heaters when not in use. Housekeeping timings are 10 AM. (This includes wet and dry cleaning of floors and bathrooms, weekly change of bed linen (in case of long term stay) We would not provide with any detergents for the washing machine and the same has to be borne by the end user. House keys to be handed over to the manager. In case of failure to do so. A penalty of Rs. 1000 shall be levied per key. Items provided in the house: Each of the three bedrooms contain the following; Bed (with side table), Iron, wardrobe, fan, AC (with remote), curtains. Instant geyser in the bathroom. The kitchen contains the following items; Modular kitchen, washing machine, fridge, 6 pc dinner plates, 6 pc quarter plates, 4 pc bowls, 6 glasses, hot plate, 1 kadai, 1 pan, 6 pc spoons, 6 pc forks, oil, salt, sugar and tea The hall contains the following items; dining table with 4 chairs, 3+1+1 sofa set with centre table, 1 TV with Airtel DTH connection (including remote) and 16MBPS Fibernet and one curtain set. All the prices are at market rates as we understand your needs as well as limitations to access these daily essentials, nearby. To replenish the items, we just charge a convenience fee of Rs. 100 which is charged by our suppliers. Use of kitchen essentials and washing area is charged at Rs. 85 per day and for Rs. 2300 on monthly basis. (Essentials include salt, oil, tea, sugar and water). You'll have to compulsorily pay these charges during check in as we won't be able to keep a check on usage of kitchen on a daily basis. The kitchen should be left clean. We take a refundable deposit of Rs. 1,000/- for use of kitchen and daily essentials. Whatever in use at the end of your stay will get deducted and the rest will get credited back to your account or given to you in cash! If you have not utilised any of the items or services a full refund would be given at the time of checkout in the original mode of payment. We take your replies into consideration while billing, during checkout. If you would want this feature to continue in the future, please be honest! For long term users with a stay of more than 28 days we will bear a maximum of Rs. 4000 as electricity charge as we have kept the prices at their lowest! We have reserved Parking at the location For Long term stays, we charge a housekeeping fee over and above the cleaning fee of Rs. 3,499 per month. (Housekeeping includes cleaning bathrooms and house. This is to be directly paid to the labour) *P.S the free pick up is valid for a minimum of 5 days and can cover a max of 25 km or Rs. 300 whichever is lower.
