Lovely Bungalow near the Exe Trail in Exmouth

Purpose built bungalow/annexe in the back garden that can be shared. Own entrance and patio outside with level access. Shared garden with a lock on the gate so safe for children. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away. The bungalow is self contained with sleeping space for four sharing a double bed and sofa bed so two sleeping in each. We will provided bedding and towels for your stay. There is an iron and clothes horse available but there is a outside washing line if you prefer. We will provide some cleaning utensils so you can be self sufficient during your stay. The kitchen has all the utensils that you would need. We provide some tea, coffee, sugar and milk to start the holiday with a welcoming hot drink. There is also some oil, salt and pepper for your stay. But we will be available if you need anything. Guest have privacy of bungalow/annexe with own access that has an outside on patio to sit out on. There is a garden that is a shared area with host with a lawn. There is a washing line that can be shared. There is shared parking on the driveway. We will inform you if we are able to meet you on arrival or we will leave a key safe number with details on where it would be found and the code. We are very family oriented so are happy for children to use the garden space. There is a gate that has a lockable bolt to secure the back garden. We have two daughters that in their 20’s. We like to be sociable and are willing to help if we can. Easy access to cycle path/ esturary footpath with stunning views of Exe esturacy and Exmouth seafront. Walking distance to town approx 1 mile. Exeter is 8 miles away so convenient for working away or visiting the historic places. Beach is 1.5 miles away. The nearest supermarket is 6 minute walk away as turn left out of driveway. On bus route to Exeter and Exmouth and walking distance to train stations do town 1 mile approx, beach 1.5 miles with a mini supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Exe estuary trail is 6 minutes walk away as it is across the road. If we are not able to meet on arrival a key will be left so we will inform guests on accessing it.
