Garden studio with harbour views

A bright and comfortable self-contained garden studio with superb views of the harbour and private access. The studio is tucked away in a relaxed neighbourhood and is within easy walking distance from the heart of Falmouth Town. The studio comprises a bedroom/living space with king-size bed, sofa, dining table and ensuite shower-room. On the ground floor, there is a kitchenette with cooking and laundry facilities. Guests can enjoy the use of an outside patio with dining table and chairs, which catches the morning sun. The studio has its own private access from a pedestrianised lane. We are happy to help with any queries during your stay. Our house is located at the other end of the garden. We live in a residential neighbourhood, which is very close to some great shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. The cinemas, Art Gallery and National Maritime Museum are also nearby, and visitors can make the most of Falmouth's lively seasonal events and festivals. The studio is centrally located, near the top of the Old High Street. Falmouth Town train station is a 15 - 20 minute walk away, connecting you to other mainline services at Truro. Local buses serving south west Cornwall can be found on the Moor, which is a few minutes walk down hill. Seasonal ferry services to Flushing, St Mawes, Trelissick Gardens and beyond depart from the Prince of Wales Pier, which is a few minutes walking distance from the studio. Beaches are on the other side of town (about a 20 minute walk away), which join up with the coastal footpaths. We use the garage that the studio is built above. If you are travelling by car, you can arrange to unload your belongings with prior agreement. Unrestricted parking can usually be found along nearby roads. There is no television, but there is a digital radio, some books and a great view!
