Located in Penryhnside, Llandudno, our detached cottage comprises of lounge, a kitchen diner, 2 large double bedrooms and a single bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower and a small decked terrace to the rear of the property. The centre of Llandudno and Rhos on Sea are both equal distance and approx 2 miles away. The house is in an elevated position and benefits from distant but beautiful coastal views. The house is well maintained and has a friendly, authentic cottage feel. Cleaned and maintained by the owners. The entire house is available for you to use. We live 3 miles away and will prepare the property on your arrival. Access is with a key box on the front door, but we can be on hand should you need us. The house is approx. 2 miles from the main centre of Llandudno and Rhos on Sea, as it is equidistant to the both. There is takeaways, supermarket and cafes and pubs within 300 yards within the village. Buses, taxis and trains are all available locally. Parking in on street.
