Cozy and comfortable apartment in Monfalcone

My accommodation is located in Monfalcone, 7km from the beach of Sistiana where is also the swimming pool with the salt water . The house comprises the third and fourth floor where there is a large terrace for sunbathing. It is a large terrace too where you can eat in peace.The house has air conditioning too and WIFI conection. IMPORTANT!!! The house is nice, modern and spacious. It is well furnished and could be a great choice to live comfortably a family vacation. the flat is stocked with everything for a comfortable stay (coffee machine, washing machine, satellite TV, iron, toaster, fridge, oven,WI FI ... etc). The acess is scheduled at 3 Pm (check-in) and the house must be left at 10am (check-out). Guests are at the disposal of the whole house. The entrance is private, on the third floor with elevator. It is also suitable for disabled people.WIFI is free! For any need I am available to guests even if I do not live in the same city. It is a quiet neighborhood, but very well served. There are grocery stores 50m away. There is also Green area for children with respectable soccer fields, tennis, table tennis and various exercises to exercise. Around the house there are plenty of parking available, and there are public transports (100m from the house there is the train station and 20m cca the bus stop).The city of Trieste is 20 km far away or you can choose small city Grado which has beautiful beaches and great restaurants.Venezia is about 90 km away. The house is well positioned and you can enjoy the possibility to visit more places or change the beaches every day. There are also commercial centers and the Outlet Village Palmanova for a shopping event. Other places are in Slovenia is where You eat well and deserve to be visited.Nearby is also Palmanova, a starry city...nice to visit.Near Grado is Aquileia with archaeological excavations.
