Lovely waterfront studio in an older building with balcony. Full kitchen with queen size bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Max. occupancy 2. Kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and the basics for cooking such as: olive oil, spices, etc. No smoking please. No loud music please. Sorry, no pets please. Not suitable for children Absolutely, no parties please. Walking distance to everything that beautiful Harrison Hot Springs has to offer! Restaurants, shopping and of course, lovely Harrison Lake. We live close by but not on site, but will be available via telephone for any issues or questions you may have. Our Lakeside Condo is located on the Esplanade so you have direct access to the lake and the pond. Everything is within walking distance, so after your arrival you really don't need to drive anywhere. Note - the minimum age to book our condo is 25. Parking for one car is available to our guests in the parking lot right beside the building. Upon arrival, you will need to place the parking pass on your dashboard. Vehicles in the parking lot that don't have a pass, will be towed, so this is an important thing to do. Leave the pass inside the unit upon checkout.
