Downstairs from the hall, the ground floor has a double bedroom with a 5 ft bed and lake views on one side and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and full size bath on the other side. The external door leads to a patio with a bench to enjoy the sunshine and a path up to the private parking space. There is a wealth of nature right on the doorstep with the water lapping right up to just below the full length bedroom windows. The owner’s kayak is available on request to go out on the water at your own risk. If birdwatching, fishing, walking and adventuring in North Wales are not enough, there is a smart TV on the wall in the living room and full Wi-Fi to keep you in touch with the outside World. All guests have full access to the lake and grounds including a private footpath around the lake.
