Chamberlain House is a recently refreshed three bedroom house within easy walking distance of Manly beach and other local amenities. The house boasts: - Sleeps a maximum of six people in three bedrooms - Shower-room and separate toilet - Kitchen space with oven and dishwasher, with access to a private courtyard - Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for your use - Beautifully presented lounge leading to another private courtyard with barbecue and ample seating - One off-street parking space (additional parking on street for free) - Bedding (100% cotton), towels and amenities The house is spread over two floors with the master bedroom, bunk beds room, toilet and shower room upstairs. Downstairs contains a large lounge area with seating for everybody, fully functional kitchen and two private outdoor areas including barbecue. Bedroom one (upstairs): queen bed Bedroom two (upstairs): two single beds (bunk beds) Bedroom three (downstairs): queen bed Both queen beds have king size bedding for extra comfort. Linen, towels, eco-friendly amenities are all included. There’s also iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. You have access to a washing machine and tumble drier ($2 coin required) in the shared laundry space adjacent the to house. Guests will have the house to themselves. The house has a private entrance and private outdoor space. We are not located on the property so guests will be able to enjoy themselves and relax. Instructions for collecting and returning keys will be provided before check-in.
