The villa is located 20 minutes from the ski slopes, 8 minutes from the center of Castel di Sangro, where there are many shops, supermarkets, typical restaurants. Ideal for visiting the most beautiful places in the Abruzzo National Park (Barrea, Civitella Alfedena, Pescasseroli and Villetta Barrea). Castel di Sangro is close to the main ski resorts in central and southern Italy (Pescocostanzo -20 minutes, Rivisondoli - 15 minutes, and Roccaraso -10 minutes). It is the ideal place for winter sports lovers. For the summer holidays we recommend the lakes of Barrea and Scanno, the natural reserves of the area, the swimming pools, the water park, the skating rink.
