Room in house with views of park and sea beyond.

Guests have their own room which has a very comfortable queen bed - over looking park, sea and mountains. House is shared with myself as this is my home although I often go away so you may have the house to yourself. Is a very sunny, warm, light filled house with patio and small garden. Situated in a popular suburb which is 5 minutes drive to city centre. The view is partially obscured by house in front. Otherwise park, sea and mountains can be viewed partly from lounge and from bedroom. This is my house so will be shared space most of the time. Sometimes I go away so you may get the entire house. Guests have a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. When you request to book, I can let you know if I am away or available. Atawhai is a popular, good neighbourhood , it is a very safe and secure area. The main road into Nelson is about 500 metres away There is a small supermarket 5 minute walk away, a big park and cycle way and the sea is beyond the main highway. There are lovely views over Tasman bay and great sunsets. 5 minutes drive into town - by car, a bus sevice and a cycle way which is pleasant to use. (One bike is available).
