This is a small single room ideal if you’re a single person travelling with work or visiting the area. Also ideal as a 2nd bedroom if you’re booking one of our other double rooms as a family. There is a shared family bathroom with full sized bath and separated walk in shower. Limited use of the family kitchen. Ideal for business stay over , mature student or a a second bedroom for a family stay. This is our home and we welcome guests. We are available if you have questions about the local area. We have very close links with Liverpool by road and rail. Public transport is within a 5 min walking distance. There’s a popular local live music venue opposite if you don’t want to stray too far and during summer months there’s a drive in movie theatre at the end of the road. You can take a Ferry cross the Mersey at Woodside 5 mins walk. Bus, rail and ferry all within 5 mins walking distance. Parking is monitored and parking meters are in the bays. We have 1 visitors pass available. We operate a no smoking policy although you can use the small patio area outside.
