Eve & Ben’s Crantock Home

A large family living space with plenty of room for family cooking and socialising, which includes a living room and snug area. The kitchen is at the centre of the property and includes a large fridge, 2 ovens and induction hob. The sink is placed to overlook the common where you'll see walkers and horse riders. The property has a heated outside shower, perfect for beach days! The property has 2 bathrooms; one a shower and one a bath tub, both are a good size for family bathtime. The garden is south facing and looks into a farming field, where very often the cattle are grazing. There are beautiful views of Cubert Common, and you can explore these with just a short walk. You will have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, utility, open plan kitchen, snug and dining area. You will also have full use of the back garden and front for parking. We'll be a short distance away should you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask. Crantock is a great little village that has two beaches just a ten minute walk, there are also 3 pubs, a shop stocked full of Cornish produce and tea room. You can take the South West Coast Path and walk to Newquay or Holywell Bay. If you want to explore futher the A30 is just 15 mins drive so its easy to get around by car. I recommend using a car for use during your stay as bus services are limited and the nearest train station is Newquay. You can easily walk to Crantock Beach and Pollyjoke (10-15mins). The village pubs are just a five minute walk as is the shop.
