Brand new independent room close to the beach

New hotel-like modern room - Located in a brand new boutique apartment block of only five units. The spacious light filled apartment offers ocean glimpses and is a two minutes walk to Maroubra beach and all its action. The room is setup for guests with everything you need for either a business trip or visiting Sydney's Eastern beaches. Brand new TV + Chromecast, fast unlimited internet, office desk and chair, coffee, tea and a bar fridge in the room + your own large bathroom with rain shower. This is a private room in our very quiet and brand new beach side apartment in Maroubra. The room has been designed specifically for guests to be very independent and find everything they need to get the day started. In your the room you will find a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine + capsules, tea, biscuits, a bar-fridge with water, milk and other snacks and refreshments. Guests have access to the room, their own bathroom (the washing machine is in there so for longer stays we might have to enter the bathroom to use the washing machine) and the front yard. The room even has its own separate entrance that can be used if desired, most guests use the main entrance of the apartment though. We set up the room to be independent and it is separated from the living room and kitchen by a long corridor. Whilst we are happy to interact with our guests, have a chat or share a meal, we don't include full access to the entire apartment. Making a sandwich or some fruit or muesli in the kitchen is perfectly fine, however, full-blown cooked meals will have to be enjoyed take away or in one of the many restaurants of Maroubra. Interaction is completely up to our guests, the room is far enough away from our living area for guests to have their own space and be able to enjoy some quiet time and relax. Our guests are also welcome to join us in the living room/kitchen area for a chat or a meal. Maroubra is one of the most famous surfing beaches in Sydney. It offers a breathtaking coastal walk with amazing views! The nature in Maroubra is absolutely incredible and it's possible to spot whales, dolphins and last year we even had a special visit from a sea lion whom the locals named Marta. This is a very quiet street in Maroubra and yet it is only two minutes walk (500m) to the beach. The apartment is also a two minutes walk to the Mahon Pool (a natural ocean pool open to the public) and the famous Pool cafe. A five minutes walk will take you to McKeon street where most of the action happens in Maroubra. There you will find our great local pub, cafes and shops. The nearest bus stop to UNSW and the city is about 250 metres away and there are usually ubers available to catch. Our two very loving cats, Fidel and Che, live here too. However, they are mainly outside cats and spend most of their time sleeping on the balcony so our guests don't have to interact with them if they don't want to.
