This clean & modern 2 bedroom townhouse has much to offer and is located in a quite neighborhood. Close to the University, Gabbinbar Homestead and the Japanese Gardens and a lovely country hotel for a meal. The townhouse is fully self contained, all linen provided and fully reverse cycle air conditioned. Please list names of all who will be staying on your application message to me. NO PETS allowed. Great internet and Netflix available on the main TV. Max of 4 guests only This is a double story unit with a formal lounge, kitchen, dining room, laundry, covered patio and toilet downstairs. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony. There is 1 Queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. This is a lovely quite part of the city with easy access to everything. Outside parking only - no access to the garage. All linen supplied. WiFi. Netflix on main TV. There are internal stairs that may not be suitable for young children This is our home and we rent it out during our time away. We will not be at the property during your stay but you will be greeted by a friend who will give you access and show you around the unit. If our friend is not available, we will contact you by phone once you arrive and tell you how to access the unit and its facilities. We are always contactable by phone or email. A welcome book will detail all the things you need to know about the property and the town in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. Located in Drayton on the South/Western side of Toowoomba. It is close to the University and a short drive to the Wellcamp Airport. There is a shopping center only 450 meters away with a Woolworths, bottle shop, chemist, bakery, coffee shop and a medical center. This is a lovely quiet area but close to all the amenities that Toowoomba has to offer. There is a quite Hotel that serves delicious meals close by and the closest shopping centre is 450 meters away with a Woolworths, chemist, coffee shop and liquor outlet. The bus stop is 900 meters from the unit and the city centre is 6.5kms away. Close to the University and Wellcamp Airport. You will need a car as this suburb is on the outskirts of Toowoomba. It will take you about 10 minutes to drive to the city centre. A welcome book will detail all the things that you need to know about the property and the city in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. A welcome supply of Tea, coffee, milk and basic condiments are available to make your first day easier. We are not coffee drinkers and we don't have a coffee machine. There is a hairdryer in the main bathroom. Cleaning is only completed upon departure. For long term stays, cleaning can be arranged by our cleaner for a fee.
