We welcome you in a renovated apartment, adjoining our family house, with an independent entrance from the street and access to the garden and the swimming pool (shared). You will have the entire apartment furnished and equipped for a peaceful stay. We offer you, in the heart of our family home, an atypical apartment recently renovated with an independent entrance from the street and access to the garden and the swimming pool (shared with us). You have a large living room, open kitchen: equipped with the necessary small appliances, kettle and coffee maker, dishwasher, hob and oven, refrigerator as well as basic crockery, and a living room with television, Netflix and Prime Video accessible with your codes, small library. Two attic bedrooms with Velux (only one has a small window) and 140 cm bed with wardrobe or clothes rack, a bathroom with easily accessible shower, separate toilets, and a small laundry room with washing machine -laundry. Entrance is on the ground floor on the street, with a parking space in front. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are included, as well as toiletries and cleaning products. Wifi access. The Maison Bastide is unfortunately not suitable for welcoming people with disabilities or reduced mobility and children because of the different levels and the access staircase. Animals are not accepted, due to the presence of our own animals, dogs and cats. They can be friendly and curious, we apologize in advance. Arrivals are between 5 and 7 p.m., excluding Sunday. Departures before 10am, thank you for your understanding. When you leave, I will ask you to leave the accommodation clean, beds unmade, to empty the bins and drop them off in the appropriate containers in the village. You can also choose the bed and breakfast formula, you will be the only occupants of the Maison Bastide, with a supplement of 8 euros per person for breakfast, taken in the garden or left as you wish. Dolmayrac is a small village, with little traffic, you can easily park in front of the house. Dolmayrac is a pretty historic 13th century village, built on a rocky outcrop, overlooking the surrounding valley. Very quiet and unspoiled, perfect starting point for hiking or cycling. 3 kms from Sainte Livrade sur Lot where you will find all the necessary shops and services.
