A clean and comfortable home away from home! 2 bedrm apartment five minutes to PSU, OHSU and downtown and major bus lines This is a two bedroom apartment with it's own private deck. The apartment is completely furnished, with very comfortable beds, including the sleeper sofa. The kitchen has just about everything you'd need to cook all your meals if you want. There is coffee, creamer, sweeteners, and various herbal teas for your mornings. You also have a reserved off-street parking spot near the front door. Smoking is not allowed inside but you may smoke outside on the deck. If you do, please use the ashtray. The entire apartment is yours. You'll be able to come and go as you wish. The front door lock uses a code, so no keys to worry about. If you arrive late, please be respectful of neighbors in the other units of the 4plex and keep the noise level down between 10pm-9am Cozy residential neighborhood in a natural setting on a Court, not a thru-street. Just a couple of blocks from a privately owned convenience store. We are within walking distance of the Tri-Met bus which runs along SW Barbur Major bus lines are a block away. It's not necessary to have a car if you stay here. There's easy access to mass transit all over the city. If you are out late there's also the handy service of Lift and Uber.
