Welcome! Our home is a 1977 build that we have renovated with over 1,400 sq.ft. for you to enjoy. It offers a private front-yard and back-yard with a covered patio, fully stocked kitchen, and an open living room. We strive to create the best experiences for our Guests, and part of that is excellent communication. Our spacious and relaxing 3 bed 2 bath home is perfect for an intimate getaway or gathering with friends, family, and loved ones. This home includes 2 Smart-Tvs with complimentary Netflix and HBO Max, WiFi, Washer and Dryer, Central A/C and Heat throughout the entire home. Complimentary snacks, waters and sodas. We have the garage locked, but the rest is yours to enjoy! We are available anytime through the Airbnb App or by text/call if any questions arise during your stay. This home is in a well established neighborhood, and quiet during the day and night. By booking this home, you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home. - No late check-outs as we have to clean the home for same day guests. (There will be a late check out fee of $100 per hour for unapproved late checkouts. No exceptions - No parties (Unapproved parties or gatherings may be subject to a fee of up to $500) - No smoking inside the home. (No exceptions; a fee of up to $250 fee will be charged if the home smells.) - No pets allowed (If any pets at our home or pet scents, stains, or pet dander there will be an extra fee of up to $150 for violating house rule and for pet allergen cleaning) - Check-in is at 3pm. - Check-out is at 10am. Cleaning staff arrives at 10:15am. - You can check-in any time after 3pm and as late as you want, you will have an access pin code to enter. - Early check-in depends if the home is cleaned early, you may ask if it is available to check-in early the day of and we will confirm. - No late check-outs as we have to clean the home for same day guests. (There will be a late check out fee of $100 per hour for unapproved late checkouts. No exceptions.) - The deposit is not charged. (The deposit is in case there is damage to the home, but it is not charged to your total at all.) - By booking this home, you agree to No flushing of baby wipes or female products in the toilet. Toilet is sensitive, will clog & can take up to 24 hrs to fix. If any of the above toilet issues, there is a fee of up to $300 for plumber fees. - We are not liable or responsible for any items left behind. - We have a “Welcome Folder” in the living room with nearby fast food, restaurants, and shopping centers for your convienence. WHAT WE PROVIDE: - 8 Toilet Paper Rolls - 3 Paper Towel Rolls - Towels, Pillows, Sheets, Blankets - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Extra toothbrush and toothpaste, Gold Bond body lotion - Coffee, Creamer, Brown and White Sugar, Tea, Salt, Pepper, an array of other seasonings, Cooking Oil - Paper plates, plastic cups, plastic utensils and straws, ziploc bags, foil, clear wrap, glass tubberware - Microwave, Toaster - Hand Soap, Dish soap, Dish washer soap - Laundry Detergent, Dryer sheets - Trash bags, cleaning supplies (ANTI-BACTERIAL), vacuum, broom WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Everything else not listed above that you would need. We will provide you with locations of stores to walk or drive to upon check-in; it’ll be in the “Welcome Folder”. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: We will have a check-out procedure for you in our “Welcome Folder”. Please do not forget your personal belongings. Please clean up after yourselves to avoid an extra cleaning fee of up to $150 dollars. We will do the deep cleaning and washing of everything. We look forward to hosting your stay!
