The Crane's Nest Farmhouse~ THE HAVEN

“The Haven” is a delightful, light-filled room in a newly renovated 1800’s Farmhouse called the Crane’s Nest. It surrounded by rolling greens, pine trees, azaleas, dogwood trees and is across from a 186 acre horse farm. A gentle stroll down our country road will land you at a lovely secluded beach voted second best by “The Best of the Rivah 2019”. This lovely room features a king size iron bed, two dressers and an armoire, a sitting area with two upholstered easy chairs and a quaint birdcage reading lamp. It has a fully appointed private bathroom with sit down shower. Jason, the on-site property manager is there to assist you and answer any questions during your stay. He has his own living area and will respect and guard your wishes for privacy. His first priority and wish is to make your stay a delightful experience. This lovely property allows for a restorative return to nature which is so nurturing for the heart and soul ! It is a wondrous escape for those looking to set aside their busy lives to unwind and breathe in the beauty of country air in peaceful abiding! You will need a car for sure. Here we delight in the best of both worlds. You can relax and unwind at “The Crane’s Nest” and then head out to Deltaville, Urbanna, WhiteStone, Kilmarnock or Gloucester for river adventures, seafood dining, antiquing, or soaking in the areas wonderful history... all along the Rappahannock !
