Little Brook Cottage is a traditional cottage accommodating up to four people in two bedrooms. One with king-size bed and second room with a small double sofa-bed. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has an in-bath shower. The living room has a small drop-leaf table for dining. Read by the fire, and relax to the sound of the babbling brook at the back of the property. Everything is just a stroll away. The Horseshoe Inn (2 mins) the town of Crickhowell (15 mins) and the canal, (5 mins). The award-winning town of Crickhowell is a beautiful 15-minute walk away. Named ’The Best Place to Live in Wales in 2019’ by the Sunday Times, and also ’The Best High Street in Britain 2018’, the town is full of character, with many cafes, restaurants, and award-winning pubs. Crickhowell is home to the Walking Festival in March, the Green Man Festival during August, and the Literary Festival in October. Free street parking is available throughout the village. There are many walks that you can take. The Monmouthshire and Brecon canal and River Usk are a stones throw away from the cottage. Wonderful walks can be taken to Table Mountain, Glanusk Estate and Llangattock Escarpment. Local buses and taxis are available to take you further afield.
