This unique double apartment within the private 'Villaggio del Bridge' features a detached bedroom with full bathroom, with a panoramic terrace connecting to a living room/kitchen/dining area with its own bathroom/shower. Ideal for 1 or 2 couples. This lovely apartment consists of 2 separate areas divided by a large terrace. The day zone has a kitchenette and living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The kitchenette with granite counter tops includes a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Everything is there for all your cooking and dining needs; pots, pans, glasses, dishes and cutlery. Tea, coffee, salt, and sugar is in the cupboard. There are also placemats and a tablecloth. Cleaning products and wash cloths can be found under the sink. The living, dining area has a large, brand new sofa bed opposite a 46 inch flat screen television. There is a square table with 4 chairs for indoor eating. There is also a built-in computer desk under a window. The night zone consists of a comfortable, queen size bed, bed-side tables, chest of drawers and armchair. There is a walk-in closet with more drawers and ample space to hang your clothes. The bathroom includes an oak bathtub and large shower. There is also a closet with ironing board, iron, broom and dust pan. The terrace has a large awning which when pulled out covers ¾ of the outside space. There are 2 comfortable chaise lounges, and an oval table for 6 + chairs. There is also a built-in cupboard which includes a washing machine. House Rules This apartment has been tastefully furnished to provide up to 4 people a special place to relax and unwind. A baby crib is available on request at no extra charge. This is a private community with 24 hour gated access. I am happy to help whenever needed. This is a quiet and very private neighborhood. Within a short driving distance you can find all the amenities including several good restaurants which specialize in the local cuisine. Visitors can enjoy not only the beach and the sea but also delightful towns such as Maratea, San Nicola Arcella and Diamante. A car is necessary.There is free parking next to the apartment.
