Pelican Lake House is a new 2 bedroom house located only 100m from the waters edge. This is a quiet, safe location which is perfect for getting away to relax or work. This is a great location for easy access to the lake, golf course, Pelican airport, boat ramp, RSL Club, beaches, free BBQ areas, supermarket and much more. If you love the water, this is the place for you. Picture yourself waking up and strolling across the road for a swim in the crystal clear waters, barbecuing on the lakes edge and watching the sunset with your favorite beverage. Pelican truly has it all ! We have parking to accommodate a boat, if you would like to garage your vehicle for a small fee we can arrange it. This new home will comfortably sleep 4, with 2 luxurious queen beds dressed with quality Sheridan linen to ensure a restful night. For a $30 fee we can cater for an extra child with a self inflatable single air mattress please ask before booking. Catering for all your needs this home is equipped with wifi, smart TV, Netflix, AC, washing machine and dryer. We also provide basic amentities, bathroom supplies, tea, coffee and a variety of condiments. Feel free to use the herbs growing in your front garden. We live next door and are happy to help out in anyway, if your are checking in late let us know and we will turn on lights and the air conditioner to help make the home as comfortable as possible, we respect your privacy and will not interfere with your stay. For recommendations regarding entertainment and dining feel free to ask. This is not a party house, we are located in a quiet area and have a good relationship with our neighbors. We ask you to respect our neighbors privacy and monitor noise level during the night. Pelican caters for all your needs. Stroll across the road for a swim in pelicans crystal clear waters, launch the boat at the newly built local boat ramp, Free BBQ areas on the foreshore and only 50m to the kids playground. First Saturday of every month enjoy the Pelican foreshores farmer's markets. The Pelican RSL club is 300m away and has a great play area for the children, Chinese restaurant or Cafe or 700m away we have the local pub, and local shops to cater to all your needs. Walk along the beautiful channel path to Swansea only 2km away or over to Blacksmiths Beach only 1km away The bus stop is 300m away. Pelican and the surrounding areas are flat great for the bicycle.
