Listing description * Furnished Christian Home (Sitting area, bed room, dining area, laundry, bath & toilet) with separate entrance located in a quiet suburb, with respectable people around. * Suitable for 1 or 2 people, who want peace, QUIETNESS & relaxation. No alcohol, cigarettes permitted in the unit. * No parties or visitors can stay overnight. * Refundable Security Deposit of A$ 150 to be paid to the Host which will be refunded the next day of your departure. This apartment is fully yours to use, nobody else will share with you. Average vehicle could be parked in the premises and large vehicles have street parking. If the guests need my attention I am always there for them. I can be contacted on (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) There are 2 local parks on either side and a 2-minute walk to the coffee corner or to the main road. There is public transport (bus halts) available in a minute walk. 3 - 5 minutes drive by car to 2 railway stations . Linen is stored in the walk-in room, please do not disturb them.
