Our Modern Studio is located on the fourth floor with elevator of a historic building in the Crocetta district, a few steps from Porta Nuova station and the metro. On the same floor there is another apartment, Elegant Attic, which can be rented along with this one allowing groups of friends or large families to stay in different apartments, while staying within the same property. The attic has a large living area with a plasma TV in the center, two sofas that become beds if necessary, a table and kitchen area that can be separated from the rest of the room by panel curtains. Its modern and refined furnishings, featuring floor lamps, carpets and cushions, will immediately give you the feeling of being at home, in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Finally, the recently renovated bathroom, whose highlight is the large and peculiar mosaic shower. *Based on availabillty, there could be a parking space for small cars in the courtyard.
