In Accra, one often has to choose between an immaculately kept and beautifully decorated place which is totally removed from the average Ghanaian and a place in the heart of local life. Not so in this case! Located in the heart of Adenta, this condo boasts of all the amenities one would desire. In addition to this, the place allows one to have a very good feel of the local life as it is surrounded by many middle class Ghanaian families. The location is very easy to find and located on a very good road network. The condo is on the second floor and therefore extremely safe and secure. There is free parking in the parking lot as well as free street parking. During your stay, we pride ourselves on our personal contact and availability while giving you as much privacy as you need. The neighbourhood is a typical middle class neighbourhood with corner stores, shops, pharmacies, all within walking distance. The landscape of the property could be better but it helps to accentuate the local flavour. Located in an easily accessible area, you can get to other parts of Accra by using Uber, taxis or the local public transport. We are a 15 minute drive from Legon and a 30 minute drive from the airport. We provide complimentary wifi with a limit of 500 MB /day of stay. Electricity is also included up to GHS 70/week. (None of our guests have ever exceeded the limit for electricity).
