Delightful apartment in Les Praz Chamonix

Based in Les Praz very close to the superb Chamonix golf course and the Flagere ski lift our lovely apartment is in a great position to enjoy the beautiful Chamonix Valley. The apartment is well equipped and a home from home. There is a wonderful garden where you can eat/ sit and enjoy the beautiful view It ideally situated for a variety of sporting activities to include skiing, walking, climbing, golf, hand gliding, paraponting, mountain biking, cycling, cross county skiing and general fitness The apartment is opposite la flagere ski lift and also Chamonix golf course The ski lift is being updated and due to reopen in December in time for the ski season. The golf course is a 2 minute walk across the road. WiFi in the valley is currently not brilliant but steps are being taken to try to resolve this It is one apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. There are 8 apartments in total and the building used to be a hotel many years ago. It is in a quiet part of the village with nearby restaurants but a 25 minute walk from the centre of Chamonix I am always available by phone/ email and have help on site when needed Les praz is a quiet village with great places to eat and a 25 minute walk into Chamonix town centre It’s a great area for stunning walks/ climbing/skiing/golf/mountain biking and running. There is a good bus system and train very close by There are 3 actual bedrooms and the 4th area is a bunk bed recess so not an actual room There is lots of hot water The apartment is well equipped and like a home from home
