The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there's roadside parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture just 20 yards from the property. 2 Graig Cottages is a welcoming base for exploring this part of South Wales. Amenities: Electric panel heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking for 1 car. 1 additional car parking space available by prior arrangement. Bench seating at front of cottage, with enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture 20 yards from the cottage. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Double bed has limited access on each side. Note: When stacker bed is used there is little walking space in this room. Note: The garden is accessed by passing the rear or front of the next door cottage. Note: There are chickens in a small raised coop next to the garden area and the owners are happy for guests to collect and use the eggs. Note: The owners have a fruit and veg garden from where they may be able to offer seasonal produce. Town: The town of Burry Port is situated on the South Wales coastline and has a selection of shops, a Post Office, several pubs and restaurants. The harbour in the town is a hive of activity, where you can sit and watch the boat trips out to sea. The Millennium Coastal Path runs along this beautiful coastline, whilst nearby is Carmarthen, Llanelli and Ffos Las racecourse, and Cardiff is within driving distance.
