Inner Adelaide Suburb home with three bedrooms

Our modern home is secure, close to shops, public transport and a short 20 minutes drive from Adelaide's CBD. Adelaide is surrounded by iconic wine growing regions. Our beautiful Barossa Valley is less than 60 minutes drive north with McLaren Vale an hour's drive south. The home is perfectly located along the north/south corridor with easy directions to/from the highways heading to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Darwin. A home with 3 bedrooms, the main with a large ensuite bathroom plus a separate bathroom and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate living spaces and a courtyard. The home is fully furnished with towels and bed linen provided. The property has a fully ducted heating/cooling system allowing year round comfort. You are welcome to use the pantry which is well stocked with basic necessity's e.g. salt , pepper, oil, baking basics, coffee, tea, paper towels. Continental or provisions for a cooked breakfast can be arranged separately (fee applies). Check-in is after 3pm and check out by 11am. Alternative arrangements can be made by exception. We can either meet you at the property or will provide you with a key code prior to arrival to access the keys. With the exception of a further room and the garage, currently used for storage, you will have access to the homes facilities. We are based within a short driving distance from the home, so remain available to help guests with any queries they have. We will let guests know if we are to be away during their stay and will make alternative arrangements to ensure support. Within 5 minutes walking distance is the Greenacres shopping complex with access to Coles (supermarket), Australia Post, Chemists, bakery and a small selection of restaurants and takeaways. To keep the kids entertained, Lattitude, an indoor trampoline, climbing and activity centre, is a 10 minute walk as is the Greenacres Library. There are a range of playgrounds in the Lightsview redevelopment area within approximately 10-15 minutes walk. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk around the corner with direct access to the CBD and Tea Tree Plaza (major shopping centre). Both are approximately 30 minutes by bus. The airport is approximately 30 minutes by taxi/uber. Adelaide Metro bus numbers: 528 and 208.
