All the comfort and amenities of a real home you need. Guest MUST provide a photo ID (e.g passport) prior and upon arrival. A cosy 2 bedrooms flat at the top of the escalator, with gym & swimming pool. Bedrooms - 1 double bed in the 1st bedroom and 1 fold-away single bed in the 2nd bedroom, all full-size comfortable mattresses with bed linen and towels provided. Kitchen - Full-size Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster & Kettle, all the cutlery and crockery you need. 42" HD LG TV with DVD player and cable TV. Balcony over looking Central and Sheung Wan. Apartment also comes with air conditioned rooms, Vacuum cleaner and full Washer & Dryer. My helper or myself will give access to the guests. Once checked in, the guest have the full use of the entire home along with the gym and swimming pool(*Subject to opening hours and season). More then happy to help, just a ask away :) Mid-Levels is an exclusive and prestigious residential area located halfway up Victoria Peak, directly above Central. Conveniently to Soho and Central without the chaotic and noise. Also close to the Morning Trail and other walks up to the Peak. A mini bus stop at the doorstep, which take you straight to Central MTR & IFC mall. Or 2mins walk to the escalator, that brings you through Soho/Lan Kwai Fong and Central. The escalator move downwards from 5am to 10am and upwards from 11am to midnight. Taxis and Uber are easy and plentiful. Guest MUST provide a photo ID (e.g passport) prior and upon arrival. CHECK IN time after 3pm. Guests are required to give an approximate arrival time then call 30-60 minutes in advance of actual arrival time. CHECK out time 11:00am in order to give sufficient cleaning time for the next guests. Please empty bins before you leave, wash up & dry any kitchen items used, leave furniture in same location as found, Hong Kong literature should be left for next guests.
