MODERN STUDIO APARTMENT

STUDIO APARTMENT - this is a newly built, modern open plan living space (20m2) that comprises a living/ dining area with a small kitchen and a double bed & separate en suite - the lounge area has double french doors opening out to a small patio and garden. It is a very quiet location. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the Studio , we charge a one off fee of £30.00 per stay for a dog. The Studio apartment is a new building at the rear of the property - separate from the house - it is private and quiet. Guests have amenities for a long stay . We live on the property and are available if guests need anything but we keep ourselves to ourselves and let our guests enjoy their own space. We live in a quiet friendly residential neighbourhood. We are very close ( 3 minutes walk) from two great quiet friendly pubs. One serves great ales, the other good pub food at very reasonable prices.
