Relax and Enjoy in Sumner

My home is modern, peaceful and private and is situated in the picturesque seaside village of Sumner, just 20 minutes from the city center. The guest area is self contained with beautiful views up the valley and of the park opposite. The private bathroom features a bath and shower and your lounge has a TV, fridge, microwave etc as well as a sofa bed if needed. A continental breakfast is available and can be enjoyed at your leisure. I am just a 5 -10 minute walk to the beautiful Sumner beach and the village which boasts a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. The new library is magnificent and nearby is a boutique cinema which shows all the latest movies. The valley is perfect for roaming the surrounding hills, mountain biking or surfing, swimming and kayaking. My place has a touchscreen locking system which is easy to operate. I will send details of your personal pin before you arrive. Your bedroom, lounge and bathroom is totally private and is situated at the top of the stairs. Although I leave early for work ocassionally I will always be available to chat, answer any questions and help in any way I can. I will ensure that your stay is relaxing and meets all your needs. You are welcome to enjoy the garden or join me downstairs at any time. The Purple bus runs past my door every 15 minutes and travels through the centre of the city directly on to the airport. Sumner is the end destination of the newly developed cycle way that connects to the central city and many tourist attractions.
